Note(s): Comments added during data collection
Data collectors may add comments for context to the data they collect within a given data collection cycle. Comments cannot be added retrospectively - I.e. once data entry is complete for a data collection cycle that cycle is closed to new/additional comments. While not recommended, users can add new data which then enables a comment to be added to a past data collection cycle. The pathway to see comments that have been added by a data collector is: enter the data collection cycle/Data History then click the responses to open the history report and see comments.
