Every Evidence Summary must have an accompanying Technical Development Report (TDR). Download and complete this TDR template for each Evidence Summary developed or updated.
Prior to you first payment being processed, JBI must receive a correctly completed Statement by a Supplier Form. Downloadable from the Australian Tax Office Website.
Payment will occur via electronic funds transfer (EFT). Prior to the first payment, Scientific Writers will need to complete a ‘Banking Authority’ form and return this to JBI.
All contributors, including JBI Staff, Scientific Writers, Field Collaborators and Expert Reference Group members are required to declare any Conflicts of Interest.
