REGISTRATION
JBIC MENTORSHIP ANNUAL REPORT TEMPLATE
When initiating a Mentorship partnership the Mentor Entity must work with their Mentee group/s to complete the JBIC Mentorship Registration form, which is then to be submitted to the Global Engagement Office by 30 April each year.
Mentorships can be registered from 1 - 3 years at a time, this timeframe is decided upon between the Mentor/s and Mentee/s. The Global Engagement Office will contact the Mentor annually to ensure that the partnership is still in place, however a new registration form is only required at the end of the time stipulated on the registration form.
NOTE: A Mentor Entity can have more than one Mentorship partnership in place, however a registration form must be completed for each of these partnerships.
Each Mentor Entity must work with their Mentee group/s to complete the Annual Review of Progress Report, to be submitted with their JBIC Entity Annual Report by 31 January each year. A survey is also to be completed by both the Mentor and the Mentee, an email is sent to all those who have a registered Mentorship which will include further instruction and links to the survey at the time of Annual Reporting.
NOTE: Irrespective of how long the Mentorship partnership has been registered an Annual Review of Progress Report must be completed annually. An Annual Review of Progress Report must be completed for each of the Mentorship partnerships registered, i.e. if you have partnerships with more than organisation you must complete a progress report separately for each
