The JBI Colloquia Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) provide comprehensive guidelines, processes and timeframes for JBI Colloquium Host Centres in the organisation of JBI Colloquia.

Submissions close: 30th September 2023
Following the call for applications from
the Global ny JBI Centre of Excellencethe Global Engagement Office to host a JBI Colloquium,
aany JBI Entity that is interested in hosting must complete this proposal and submit to the Global Engagement Office by 30
JulySeptember, approximately two years prior to the proposed Colloquium date.

As part of your application you will be asked to provide a budget as per the example included here. The budget is only expected to be high-level and is there to provide you some guidance as to the associated costs of hosting a JBI Colloquium and whether this is feasible to you. The example here is already included in the SOP and the application form.
THE TEMPLATE FOR THE JBI COLLOQUIUM REPORT IS CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE.
Colloquium organisers are required to provide a report on their experience post-event. This report needs to include financial statements as well as other data as per the SOP and report template.
