In 2024 the gLOCAL Solution Room week will be from 3 - 7 9 June

The gLOCAL Solution Room is an annual event which JBIC Entities can choose to host in June of each year, the gLOCAL Solution Room falls under the JBI/JBIC Symposium Activity (refer to the JBIC Handbook).

You will receive 5,000 points for hosting a gLOCAL Solution Room.

All gLOCAL Solution Rooms:

• must be at least two hours in length (it can also be a half-day or a full-day event)

• must be free and open to attendees outside of your JBIC Entity

• must include a Clinician (to participate in the discussion on implementing evidence into practice)

• can be online, in-person or a hybrid of both

• a URL must be available for attendees to register for the event (whether it is an online of in-person event. A contact email will not suffice in replacement for a registration link)

All gLOCAL Solution Rooms must be registered using the online form accessed via the link below. Please ensure that most of your event details have been finalised, as there are mandatory fields which, if not completed, will not allow you to submit the form. As part of your registration you must upload the gSR Program Template provided in the Important Documents section below.
